Amends Section 45-2-110 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to provide Baldwin County board of registrars members with a county salary supplement of $40 per day, paid from the county general fund.

County supplement automatically decreases if state compensation increases, ensuring total combined compensation does not exceed the specified amount.

Provides an additional temporary salary supplement of $20 per day for six months following the act's effective date.

All supplements are paid from Baldwin County's general fund in the same manner as compensation for other county officials.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
