Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Lexington in Lauderdale County, Alabama.

Annexes specific parcels of land in Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 8 West, including the South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, the South 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4.

Includes a specifically described tract of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, with boundaries referenced to the Lexington Fabrics, Inc. property and a County Road centerline.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Lauderdale County and made available for public inspection, in accordance with Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
