Applies only to Chilton County and establishes additional qualifications for candidates seeking election or appointment as judge of probate, effective upon passage.

Requires probate judge candidates to be United States citizens, county residents for at least one year, and registered voters in the county for at least one year.

Mandates probate judge candidates possess either a four-year postsecondary degree or three years of honorable military service discharge.

Requires probate judge candidates to be at least 25 years old and have never been convicted of a felony.

Increases the annual salary for the judge of probate to $75,000, effective at the commencement of the next term of office.
