2018 honors Alabama's people, recognizing both notable figures and everyday heroes—military personnel, artists, farmers, teachers, and ministers—who shaped the state's history.

2019 focuses on "sharing our stories" to help Alabamians discover, preserve, and celebrate their history and pride in their communities.
