Commends Nimrod T. "Rod" Frazer for receiving the Silver Star for Gallantry in Action in the Korean Conflict and for building a successful career in finance and business.

Recognizes Frazer's memorialization of the 167th Infantry Regiment and 42nd "Rainbow" Division through a ten-foot bronze sculpture at the Battle of Croix Rouge Farm site in France, dedicated in 2011 and donated to the city of Fere-en-Tardenois in 2012.

Acknowledges Frazer's 2014 book "Send the Alabamians: World War I Fighters in the Rainbow Division" published by The University of Alabama Press, which documented the regiment's achievements and reconnected Alabama communities with local war heroes.

Recognizes Frazer's planned 2017 installations of an aviators' monument at Maxwell Air Force Base and a Rainbow Division monument at Union Station in Montgomery to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of World War I.

Expresses the legislature's gratitude for Frazer's generous sponsorship of monuments in France and Montgomery honoring American soldiers and aviators.
