Designates a 2.69-mile portion of Alabama Highway 55 as the Andalusia Veterans Memorial Highway, running from its intersection with Alabama Highway 15 at mile marker 522.545 to its intersection with River Falls Street at mile marker 525.235.

Honors military personnel who have served in the United States Armed Forces, including those on active duty, in the National Guard or Reserves, and those killed or wounded in service.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of fabricating and erecting appropriate signs or markers consistent with applicable requirements and laws.

Specifies that signs or markers shall be erected upon receipt of funds from non-state sources to cover the costs, with no state funding required.
