States that pornography perpetuates a sexually toxic environment, normalizes violence and abuse of women and children, and contributes to demand for sex trafficking, prostitution, and child sexual abuse materials.

Asserts that pornography use is potentially biologically addictive and linked to lessening desire in young men to marry, marital dissatisfaction, and infidelity, causing detrimental effects on family units.

Urges the Governor, Attorney General, and other state officials to recognize the need for education, prevention, research, and policy change to address the pornography epidemic harming Alabama and the nation.
