Alleges Trump mocked intelligence officials, rejected intelligence conclusions, derided briefings on Russian cyberactivity, praised Russian President Vladimir Putin, and surrounded himself with advisors having extensive ties to the Russian government.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to each member of the Alabama Congressional Delegation.
