Commends Major General Janet Cobb upon her retirement after 42 years of service to the United States Army.

Recognizes her military career achievements including post-Desert Storm port operations in Saudi Arabia (1991), Operation Iraqi Freedom port operations (2002), command of a transportation terminal brigade in Rotterdam, and service as Director of Central Command Deployment and Distribution Center at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait (2011).

Notes her additional service including a Pentagon tour (2012), command of the 81st Regional Sport Command (September 2014), and tenure as Executive Director of the Battleship Memorial Park.

Acknowledges her commitment to excellence in defense of freedom and democracy and credits her service to the State of Alabama.
