Mourns the death of Mr. Berley Wayne Hill of Attalla, Alabama, who died on January 29, 2017.

Recognizes Mr. Hill's 42-year career with the City of Attalla, beginning June 26, 1960, serving as Assistant Fire Chief and later as Public Works Department supervisor until his retirement on January 2, 2002.

Notes his service on the Attalla Water Works Board from 1986 to 1994 and his membership in Anchor Baptist Church of Attalla.

Acknowledges his surviving family members including his wife Mary Lee Hill, one daughter, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Offers the resolution in tribute to his legacy and in sympathy to his family and friends.
