Commends Clay Central High School student Will Jordan for scholastic excellence, leadership, and advocacy of agricultural education.

Recognizes Jordan's service as Alabama FFA Association Central District President and delegate to the Eighty-ninth National FFA Convention and Expo, as well as his role as Alabama State 4-H Ambassador.

Credits Jordan with promoting agricultural education throughout Alabama and across America, and for discussing the importance of agricultural education with school board officials in rural Alabama.

Acknowledges Jordan's academic achievements including first place in the Alabama Beta Club Division 1 Test and National Beta Club Division 1 Test, and the Alabama FFA Association Veterinary Science Proficiency Award.

Honors Jordan's community service including mission work in Belize, El Salvador, and Honduras, assistance with a summer sports ministry camp for inner-city Mobile youth, and facilitation of a canned food drive for Clay County families.
