Mourns the death of Mr. Gary G. Lackey of Hokes Bluff, Alabama, who died on February 21, 2017, at 68 years of age.

Recognizes Mr. Lackey's service in the United States Navy and his retirement from Anniston Army Depot.

Acknowledges his survivors including his wife of 42 years Sara Ann Lackey, daughter Brandi, grandson Tristan, and extended family members.

Expresses the House of Representatives' gratitude for Mr. Lackey's abundant life and offers the resolution as tribute to his legacy and in sympathy to his family and friends.
