Condemns bomb threats received by the Levite Jewish Community Center in Birmingham, Alabama on January 18, February 20, February 27, and March 7, 2017.

Threatens caused evacuations affecting 285 children as young as six weeks old at the community center, Cohen Early Learning Center, and N.E. Miles Jewish Day School.

Notes that the Jewish Community Center Association of North America reported at least 40 threats on the same days across the country.

States that the House of Representatives condemns these acts as cowardly attacks on residents, community, and freedoms, and affirms that Alabama schools and places of worship should be safe regardless of religion and race.

Declares the Legislature's support for the Jewish community and others affected by these threats.
