Karen J. Clayton of Attalla, Alabama died on March 18, 2017, at age 51 as a faithful Baptist member, loving wife, sister, and aunt.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Ruth Partlow and siblings Barbara Moore, Patricia Baugh, Darrell Partlow, and Phillip Partlow.

Survivors include her husband Michael L. Clayton, sister Jeannie Griggs, three nieces, six nephews, and 11 great-nieces and nephews.

The House of Representatives records her death with deep sadness and celebrates her life as a valued community member.
