Commends Davis Edwards, Colin Harris, and Konnor Knopf of Vestavia Hills, Alabama on attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that Eagle Scout is the highest rank earned by only 4-5 percent of scouts and requires completion of an Eagle Project and years of diligence.

Details each scout's Eagle Project: Davis Edwards renovated the playground at Cornerstone School in Woodlawn, Colin Harris replaced a 16 by 31 foot pavilion at Wald Park, and Konnor Knopf built four picnic tables and two benches at Hall Kent Elementary School.

Notes that all three scouts are members of Troop 4 and will receive their awards during a recognition ceremony on April 30, 2017, at Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church.

Honors their demonstrated self-discipline, good citizenship, and conviction as components of the scouting program.
