Commends the Troy University Women's Basketball Team for winning the 2017 Sun Belt Conference Championship on March 12, 2017, defeating University of Louisiana-Lafayette 78-64 at Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.

Recognizes the team's achievement of capturing their second consecutive Sun Belt Conference Championship and earning a berth in the 2017 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament.

Names tournament honorees: senior Caitlyn Ramirez as the tournament's most outstanding player, and seniors Claresa Banks and sophomore La'Tia Fils-Aime' as All Tournament Team selections.

Acknowledges Head Coach Chanda Rigby's leadership, which resulted in three consecutive seasons of 20+ wins, including the 2017 season's 22-11 record.

Directs that the team receive a copy of the resolution as evidence of appreciation for representing the State of Alabama exemplarily.
