Mourns the death of Mrs. Mary Frances McCord, a longtime resident of Gadsden, Alabama, who died on April 22, 2017, at 90 years of age.

Recognizes Mrs. McCord's civic contributions including membership in the Altrusa Club, Baptist Memorial Hospital Board, Red Cross, and Salvation Army, and her devotion to the First Baptist Church of Gadsden.

Honors Mrs. McCord and her husband for founding McCord Radio and TV Service in 1947, which later became McCord Communications, Inc.
