Recognizes ACT-II's Repair Baldwin initiative, which provided home security, safety, access, and repairs to more than 350 homes in just over three years using volunteers and donations

Establishes the first Sunday in November as ACT-II Day in Baldwin County in perpetuity, recognizing the organization's founding in 1992 by Bishop Manuel Watson and Ecumenical Ministries, Inc.

Expresses appreciation for ACT-II's community improvements including sidewalks, voting places, police-community partnerships, traffic safety improvements, and racial reconciliation efforts
