HB53 (Rep. Beech): Allows schools to use federal nutrition funds for farm-to-school programs for farm products with a competitive bid exception based on federal small purchase threshold; amends Sections 16-1-46 and 16-13B-2.

HB84 (Rep. Sessions): Updates language for livestock markets and dealers regulations, repeals duplicative permitting requirements (Sections 2-15-115 to 2-15-127), and amends several related sections.
