Amends Sections 36-21-120 to 36-21-124 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to extend police officer authority to the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, previously limited to the Mowa Band of Choctaw Indians.

Authorizes tribal councils to appoint and employ Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission certified police officers to protect reservation boundaries, prevent property damage, and ensure resident safety.

Grants tribal police officers powers equivalent to state and municipal police officers, including the right to bear firearms and authority to eject trespassers and arrest persons for disorderly conduct or public offenses on reservation property.

Limits tribal police authority to reservation premises, except when pursuing offenders charged with crimes on the reservation or making arrests for felonies committed or believed to have been committed within reservation boundaries or tribal property.

Prohibits use of state or local law enforcement funds to support tribal police officers and terminates officer authority when employment with the tribe ends; act becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval.
