Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 all general and permanent laws enacted during the 2015 First Special Session, 2015 Second Special Session, and 2016 Regular Session as contained in the 2016 Cumulative Supplements and 2016 Replacement Volumes 15, 15A, 15B, and 17.

Adopts and incorporates the 2016 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes pertaining to various counties enacted during the specified legislative sessions.

Makes five specific corrections to code sections including corrections to Section 13A-10-190, Section 32-6-7.2, Section 32-9-20, Section 32-20-41, and Section 41-22-22.1 to address clerical, publishing, and enrolling errors.

Declares this adoption and incorporation constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and explicitly provides that the act does not affect any 2016 Special Session or 2017 session statutes.

Requires the Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of the authenticated 2016 Cumulative Supplements and Replacement Volumes in the Secretary's office, with authority to certify portions upon request and payment of applicable fees.
