• Mandates abortion providers furnish written and oral information including probable gestational age, fetal development photographs, nerve ending development, pain capability at each stage, and potential survival information.

• Requires providers to disclose financial conflicts of interest including gross income from previous fiscal year and percentage derived from abortions, plus monetary loss from woman carrying pregnancy to term.

• Establishes criminal penalties of up to 10 years imprisonment and fines up to $1,000,000 per violation for providers who intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly violate the act's provisions.

• Allows aggrieved women to bring civil action against abortion providers for damages, punitive damages, treble damages, attorney fees, and equitable remedies.
