• Authorizes the City of Stevenson in Jackson County to regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages during specified hours on Sunday.

• The city council may adopt regulations by majority vote to determine which hours on Sunday alcoholic beverages may be sold.

• Applies only to properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the City of Stevenson that serve the general public.

• The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
