Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Epes in Sumter County, Alabama by annexing approximately 3,392 acres of land.

Annexes territory located in Sections 7, 18, and 19 of Township 20 North, Range 1 West, and Sections 13, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, and 36 of Township 20 North, Range 2 West, plus Section 2 of Township 19 North, Range 2 West in Sumter County.

Provides detailed metes and bounds description of the annexed territory, with boundaries following the Alabama Great Southern Railroad centerline, Jones Creek, the Tombigbee River, and the Gainesville Road.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Sumter County and made available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
