• Authorizes Escambia County to extradite individuals charged with crimes by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians if the accused is found within the county and meets specific criteria.

• Mandates the district court judge hold an extradition proceeding within 72 hours if the accused requests to test the legality of arrest, or accept a waiver if the accused knowingly consents to return to tribal authority.
