Authorizes the City of Eufaula in Barbour County to regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages after 12:00 p.m. on Sunday through local ordinance.

Applies to properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the City of Eufaula serving the general public within city limits.

Grants the Eufaula governing body discretion to determine specific hours for Sunday alcohol sales after the 12:00 p.m. threshold.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
