Provides an additional annual expense allowance of $4,800 per annum to each Macon County Commissioner, the Chair of the Macon County Commission, the Macon County Revenue Commissioner, Judge of Probate, and the Sheriff of Macon County.

Expense allowance is payable in equal monthly installments and is in addition to all other compensation, expense allowances, or benefits already granted to these officials.

Allows the expense allowance to be treated as compensation for retirement contributions where applicable.

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
