Commends Allison Epperson, a senior at Pell City High School, for outstanding achievement as a member of the school's Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Biomedical Debate Team.

Recognizes that Epperson and three teammates qualified for the HOSA State Competition on February 1, 2017, after completing an exam.

Honors the Pell City High School HOSA Biomedical Debate Team for winning the State Competition on February 23-24, 2017, held in Montgomery, Alabama, by debating the negative side of "The United States has the Best Healthcare System in the World."

Notes that Epperson and her teammates qualified as one of the top six biomedical debate teams in Alabama and will compete for the International HOSA title on June 20-25, 2017, in Orlando, Florida.

Praises Epperson's hard work, diligence, and commitment to excellence and offers the Legislature's congratulations and best wishes for success at the International Competition.
