Commends Peyton Cofer, a Pell City High School senior, for his outstanding achievement as a member of the school's HOSA Biomedical Debate Team.

Recognizes that Cofer and three other students qualified for the HOSA State Competition in the Biomedical Science Debate Category on February 1, 2017.

Notes that the Pell City High School HOSA Biomedical Debate Team won the state competition on February 23-24, 2017, at the Renaissance Hotel and Spa Convention Center in Montgomery, Alabama, after debating the negative side of "The United States has the Best Healthcare System in the World."

Acknowledges that Cofer qualified to compete for the International HOSA Biomedical Debate Team title at the International HOSA Competition on June 20-25, 2017, in Orlando, Florida.

Expresses the Legislature's congratulations and best wishes for Cofer's continued success at the international competition.
