Commends Randall I. "Randy" Hillman upon his retirement as Executive Director of the Alabama District Attorneys Association and the State Office of Prosecution Services, a position he held since January 2002.

Recognizes his professional career including service as Assistant District Attorney in the Bessemer Division of Jefferson County, Chief Assistant District Attorney for Shelby County, and lead prosecutor for the Shelby County Regional Narcotics Task Force for over five years.

Honors his accomplishments including conception of the National Computer Forensics Institute in Hoover, Alabama (jointly with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Secret Service), creation of the Swordphish project for computer fraud investigation, and establishment of Alabama Computer Forensics Labs, the only statewide system of such labs in the United States.

Acknowledges his involvement with the Alabama Bar Association, Shelby County Bar Association, University of West Alabama Board of Trustees, and Owens House Children's Advocacy Center.
