Names a portion of State Road 199 in Macon County, Alabama the Captain Joseph "Pete" Peterson Memorial Boulevard, extending from SR 81 near the Tuskegee Airmen's National Historical Site entrance to Old Mitchell's Village Community at the former airbase gateway.

Honors Captain Joseph Peterson, an African-American pilot born in Tuskegee, Alabama on November 13, 1949, who graduated from Auburn University and was commissioned in the United States Air Force.

Recognizes Captain Peterson's military service as an F-4E flight commander in the Republic of Korea and his receipt of the Meritorious Service Medal before his death in a Nevada accident on January 18, 1982.

Directs proper officials to place and maintain markers designating the Captain Joseph "Pete" Peterson Memorial Boulevard.

Adopted by the Senate on March 14, 2017 and by the House of Representatives on March 15, 2017.
