Identifies that a federal single-subject amendment would limit pork barrel spending, control legislative riders, restrict omnibus legislation, prevent public surprise, and increase congressional accountability.

Requests that copies of the resolution be sent to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, U.S. House Speaker, and Alabama's Congressional Delegation.
