Creates the ARIC Accountability Standards Committee, chaired by the director and principal investigator of The University of North Alabama's program, to revise existing accountability standards for Alabama Regional In-service Centers (ARIC).

Authorizes the committee to establish accountability standards for Alabama Science in Motion (ASIM) and Alabama Math, Science, and Technology Initiative (AMSTI) programs.

Committee membership consists of 27 members including one Senate member, two House members, three State Board of Education members, three ARIC directors, four State Department of Education members, eight ARIC Governing Board members (two superintendents and six teachers), and representatives from the Alabama Education Association and Alabama School Board Association.

Requires appointing authorities to coordinate appointments ensuring committee membership reflects racial, gender, geographic, urban, rural, and economic diversity of the state.

Establishes first joint committee meeting for all three committees on June 12, 2017 for organizational purposes, with subsequent meetings as needed.
