Authorizes the Alabama Department of Transportation to erect appropriate signs on Alabama Highway 281 on each side of the bridge crossing Interstate 20 and the bridge over U.S. Highway 78 near Heflin upon request of the Cleburne County Commission.

The Pinhoti Trail is the longest footpath in Alabama, totaling 335 miles across Alabama and Georgia and connecting to the Appalachian Trail in North Georgia; designated a National Recreation Trail in 1977.

The Pinhoti Trail extends 171 miles in Alabama across Coosa, Clay, Talladega, Cleburne, Calhoun, and Cherokee Counties through Talladega National Forest, Cheaha State Park, Weogufka State Park, the Cheaha Wilderness, and the Dugger Mountain Wilderness.

Appropriate directional signs in Cleburne County would provide invaluable aid to visitors seeking to access the Pinhoti Trail in Alabama.

Requires a copy of the resolution be provided to the Alabama Department of Transportation and the Cleburne County Commission.
