Amends Alabama Code Sections 36-21-120 to 36-21-124 to extend police officer authority previously granted only to the Mowa Band of Choctaw Indians to also include the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.

Allows tribal councils of either tribe to appoint and employ police officers to protect reservation boundaries, prevent property damage, and ensure safety of residents and employees.

Police officers must be certified by the Alabama Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission and are vested with powers similar to state or municipal police officers, including the right to bear firearms.

Authorized police actions include ejecting trespassers, arresting persons for disorderly conduct or trespassing on reservation property, and arresting warrant suspects on reservation premises.

Police authority is limited to reservation premises except when in pursuit of offenders or making felony arrests within reservation boundaries or property owned by the tribe.

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and gubernatorial approval.
