Appropriates $340,276 from the Education Trust Fund to Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for fiscal year ending September 30, 2019.

Appropriation is subject to the Budget and Financial Control Act and The Budget Management Act of 1976 under the Code of Alabama 1975.

Requires submission of an operations plan for fiscal year 2019 with goals and measurable performance indicators, approved by the Director of Finance, before funds are released.

Requires submission of an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2017 operations before funds are released.

Requires quarterly reports comparing actual expenditures and accomplishments to planned amounts, and an end-of-year performance report detailing work accomplished, services provided, costs, and program effectiveness measures to be submitted to the Director of Finance and Legislative Council.
