Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 the 2017 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-5 and 7-22, and 2017 Replacement Volumes 6, 6A, and 6B, containing general and permanent laws enacted during the 2016 First Special Session and 2017 Regular Session.

Adopts and incorporates 2017 Volume 22K (Local Laws Limestone to Marion Counties) and 2017 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F, 22G, 22H, 22I, and 22J into the Code of Alabama 1975.

Makes seven specific corrections to code sections including restoring inadvertently deleted language in Section 10A-20-6.16, correcting clerical errors in code section references in Sections 13A-6-82, 15-18-8, and 31-6-6, and renumbering Section 31-10-21.1 to Section 31-10-4.1.

Declares the adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and confirms Thomson Reuters discharged its duties in publishing replacement volumes without making substantive changes.

Requires authenticated volumes to be transmitted to and permanently housed in the Secretary of State's office, which may certify copies upon request for a fee; provides act does not affect any 2018 session statutes and becomes effective immediately upon passage.
