Alters the boundary lines of the Town of Elmore, Elmore County, Alabama to include all currently encompassed territory plus additional contiguous territory.

Annexes a right-of-way segment along Alabama Highway 14 extending 12,144 feet (2.30 miles) from Callaway Creek to Lucky Town Road.

Annexed territory is located in Sections 16, 17, 8, 7, and 18, T-18-N, R-18-E, in Elmore County and includes all public right-of-ways dedicated to the Alabama Department of Transportation.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is on file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Elmore County and is open to public inspection.

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
