• Authorizes on-premises retail licensees to produce, store, and sell infused alcoholic beverages created by combining distilled spirits with nonalcoholic food products like spices, herbs, fruits, and vegetables for on-site consumption only.

• Requires licensees to provide written notification to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and limits infusion containers to a maximum of five gallons.

• Mandates infused products be labeled with alcohol statement, recipe title, preparer name, production date, expiration date, spirit type and amount, and complete ingredient list; requires disposal within 22 days of production.

• Prohibits infusions from containing added stimulants, drugs, or illegal substances; prohibits removal from licensed premises or storage in original liquor bottles or brand-name containers.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
