• Authorizes sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the new district (m) for on-premises consumption seven days a week, with licensees not permitted to restrict sales based on club or marina membership.

• Establishes filing requirements and one-time fees of $500 payable to the county for probate judge filing of articles of establishment for districts under types (e) through (m).

• Requires board of control majority consent for alcoholic beverage sales in existing districts (a), (b), and (d), with membership-based restrictions, while new districts (e)-(l) and new district (m) allow broader public sales under appropriate licensing.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
