• Extends absentee ballot deadline from noon on election day to noon on the seventh day following the election, with ballots now postmarkable no later than election day instead of day before.

• Eliminates requirement for absentee election managers to post daily lists of absentee ballot applications received in public places prior to elections.

• Repeals existing time requirement provisions for absentee ballot receipt and absentee ballot material maintenance requirements; effective August 1, 2018.
