• Agency must refer suspected fraud cases to appropriate district attorneys and provide annual reports to the Governor, Legislature, and Department of Finance detailing cases reviewed, closures, prosecutions, improper payment recovery, and cost savings.

• Agency must submit a state plan amendment or waiver to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to establish work requirements for able-bodied Medicaid recipients, with exemptions, designed to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
