Applies only to Crenshaw County.

Crenshaw County Commission may authorize by majority vote the sale of draft beer or malt beverages by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.

Authorizes sales for both on-premises and off-premises consumption.

Off-premises draft beer sales limited to 288 ounces per customer per day and must be sealed, labeled, packaged, and taxed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
