Authorizes the City Council of Atmore in Escambia County to regulate and permit the sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages during certain hours on Sunday through local ordinance.

Applies only to properly licensed licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the City of Atmore who hold licenses issued under Section 28-3A-3, Code of Alabama 1975.

Permits the city council to determine the specific hours during which Sunday alcoholic beverage sales may occur.

Limits sales authority to licensees serving the general public in the city.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
