Applies only to the City of Auburn in Lee County and addresses Sunday sales of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.

Authorizes Auburn City Council to permit Sunday sales of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption within city limits through a simple majority ordinance vote, under the same conditions as sales on other days of the week.

Provisions are cumulative and supplemental to existing municipal powers and do not repeal any current authority granted under state general law or other local or special acts.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
