Proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Alabama Senate members to three consecutive full terms and House members to three consecutive full terms.

An election to either chamber lasting at least two years counts as a full term for purposes of term limit calculation.

Service in the Senate or House prior to November 2018 does not count toward the three-term limit, allowing current members to continue serving after the amendment's adoption.

Amendment becomes valid upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election conducted under the procedures of Alabama Constitution Sections 284 and 285.

Ballot description directs voters to choose "Yes" or "No" on whether to adopt the three-consecutive-term limit for both legislative chambers.
