Amends Section 35-1-4, Code of Alabama 1975, to require owners and possessors of private land with cemeteries, graves, or burial sites to allow reasonable access to family members, friends, cemetery plot owners, and genealogical/historical/cultural researchers.

Specifies that reasonable access must be granted at least one time per month during normal daylight hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) with frequency, hours, duration, and access routes determined by the property owner or possessor.

Persons accessing the property must not damage the land, cemetery, gravesite, or burial site, and are liable to the owner or possessor for any damages caused by their access.

Makes violation of burial site access rights a Class C misdemeanor and provides immunity from civil liability for landowners and possessors absent gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
