Amends Section 34-21-96 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand the Board of Nursing's loan-repayment program for advanced-practice nurses to include currently certified practitioners, not just those pursuing degrees.

Extends loan eligibility to certified registered nurse practitioners (CRNPs), certified nurse midwives (CNMs), and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) who have completed their graduate degrees within the five years immediately preceding the current loan term.

Authorizes annual loans up to $15,000 (adjustable yearly based on in-state tuition increases) for up to three years for master's degree holders and four years for doctorate degree holders.

Requires loan recipients to contract with the Board of Nursing to work in full-time practice in medically underserved areas of the state for 18 months for each year of loan received, or immediately upon certification for currently approved practitioners.

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
