Imposes a $100 fee in Coosa County for service of all failure to appear warrants executed by the Sheriff or deputies.

Fee is assessed against defendants upon conviction and collected by the circuit court clerk in the same manner as other court costs, with discretion for the court to waive for good cause.

Distributes fee revenue as follows: $25 to Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Fund, $25 to circuit court clerk, and $50 to Coosa County General Fund for sheriff office operations including hazardous duty pay for deputies.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
