Mourns the death of Mrs. Ernestine Leath of Rainbow City, Alabama, who died on January 1, 2018, at age 68.

Survived by her husband of 48 years, Melvin "Frankie" Leath, Jr.; two grandchildren, Tessa Ann and Trace Addison Leath; four sisters; two brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Legislature offers this resolution in highest tribute to her memory and extends heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends.

House adopted the resolution on January 30, 2018, and the Senate adopted it on February 1, 2018.
